Patients receive individually created exercise programs to continue their therapy at home on a daily basis. Patients are encouraged to be responsible for their own progress by completing their programs independently with the correct type, frequency and duration of training sessions. Instructions and therapeutic devices will be provided by the hand therapist as needed.
